Project description

A new offices area was designed to complement the existing ones. In 400m2 following the same language used on the original building, a new sector was shaped to amalgamate to the built one, generating a court where plant stands where included and an sculptural niche that will encase San Francisco’s figure, identity symbol of this paper factory. This yard functions as a lobby for the employee’s parking area, zone where a redistribution future project was made.

On the exterior back wall a wood pergola is located, containing a shell where a machine piece of the factory is exhibited, achieving with this elements to make the entrance more interesting and kind for visitors and employees.
