Paper Factory

Project description

The main goal for our client was to highlight on San Francisco Paper Factory the Tradition Idea.
The building had to be conceived as a strong volume, with a presence that could be a sign of the importance of this industry on the whole country market. The construction was based on the characteristic style of mission’s époque.
The diverse managerial, administrative, and employees functions where studied in order to create the functional internal distribution their activities demanded.
The result was a plan with a reticular organization, counting on a big lobby, focal point of the building emphasized by a high dome.
Paper factory includes the development of the architectural design, construction and remodeling plan for the existing structure.
