Garfer de Mexico elaborated the constructive project for the boardwalk corridor that will border the whole coastline at Rosarito City, this project was conceived as the element that will detonate the economic inversion in the city. This development GARFER counts on approximately 2 miles of walkways contouring the beach with gates to the beach area, restrooms, shower stands, security and life saver stands, as well as tourist information areas.
The corridor is divided in three zones, Residential, Cultural and recreational, each of them has a main beach access, with a reception court covered with a wood pergola, on the second area, the cultural one, this court blends with a large cultural complex formed by an outdoor scenery and the house of culture of the city. The scenery has capacity for more than 1000 spectators, and includes surrounding gardens with playgrounds and resting areas. The House of culture will occupy the building that hosted the administrative offices of Rosarito City before they where relocated.
