Project description

Design, constructive project and construction for Pitic Gas Station, for Tres Estrellas Group.

For the development of this project the main limiting condition was the terrain, with a reduced extension, this lead us to study carefully the necessities program in order to include the minimal requirements.

The station included an offices building that presents a modern image, optimizing the space. The construction was based on the PROFECA, Environmental protection Department, SEMARNAP, Environment, natural resources and fishing Secretary , and to the PEMEX regulations.
