Garfer de México has participated in the design and construction of several mushroom and mushroom production plants in Mexico.

Garfer de México carried out studies and analysis on all the mushroom production processes and their requirements; from how the raw material is obtained and processed; up to the conditions that the final product must meet for distribution.

Each building and area have very specific requirements that must be treated with extreme care, such as food grade, temperature and humidity levels.
