Project description

Design and Construction Plan for the Residence of the family Garza-Elorduy at San Pedro Residential. This Project consisted in a reticular Plan that searched a disposition where the family room where the central focus of this house and the other spaces where displayed surrounding the garden area, profiting this way the exterior light. This project intention was to satisfy the specific needs of the users, a young family that wanted well illuminated spaces and large areas that where flexible in their use and that could evolution simultaneously with their family needs.

The plan enclose flexible spaces, as well interiors as exteriors, relating and blending through crystal walls that permit the dynamic sense of walkways and gardens and the bliss of the exterior life come into the building
