Project description

For Furukawa was made the construction of an Industrial Craft, with all the basic requirements this kind of build demand, such as production area, storage area and offices and administration areas, we had to integrate all this roles in a functional floor plan combining the administrative matters with the production ones, plus the parking areas, shipping and handling yards and the recreation spaces for the production employees.

The building is structured in the production area with concrete supports and metallic columns, combining covering walls made of block and insulating panels. The office spaces are structured with concrete elements. On this assignment the programmed time was limited, it were necessary to include a large amount of human resources.
