Project description

The experience of Garfer de Mexico obtained in the project and construction of furnaces for makes of packages in Mexicali, motivated that the Fevisa company when arranging itself to expand its plant to the state of San Luís Potosí invited like designer.

For this Garfer project development the architectonic concept, taking into account the functionality and operation raised by the proprietor. It was necessary also to develop the basic projects of engineering for the construction of the plant in San Luis Potosí reason why the projects were also developed to structure to them, electrical systems, against fires, hydraulic facilities and of drainage.

For this project it was necessary by request of the client to develop to the Engineering of costs and the logistics of the construction, reason why we were in charge to make catalogues of concepts, to generate the volume of the work, to develop unitary prices and to make a programming of activities for the construction of the building.
