Country House

Project description

Design and budget of a Country House, at the Chong Family’s Ranch, Located next to the highway to San Felipe, Mexico, at the outside limits of Mexicali City, this project, planned to be the future residence of this family has a complex program in a two floor building that includes the room and spaces for a 5 or 6 members family and an independent Game’s room connected to the main house by a bridge.

In a very Mexican style, combining the mysticism of antiques Haciendas with the facilities of modern life, with floors covered of wood and artesian Talavera and walls combining textures and stone volumes, this edifice will be sheltered by its surroundings, big land extensions lodging a rich collection of Mesquite trees, and farm animals, all of this enclosed by the freedom of campestral living.
