Remodeling project for the Silva Family’s house, at Colonia Nueva, in Mexicali, B.C.

For this house the project consisted in the addition of a covering wall that will hide the existing ones and will change the appearance of the building. The frontal fence will be constructed also.

The objective of this new front wall is to eliminate the volumes that decorate the house, so that the shapes of the construction become a new simple volume with more pure geometric walls, searching by using textures and different materials, a more contemporary dynamism in the frontal face.
The border between the house and the street will be a fence made of stone Columns and Artistic Iron works that will allow with it’s transparency the exterior to blend with gardens and the house itself
