Project description

Design and construction of the Storeroom and Store Building of the Air Conditioning Systems company, BECERRIL. In a plan of approximately 600 square meters are concentrated the offices, exhibition areas and sales spaces for this enterprise.

With a simple shape, the façade has a main volume formed by a cylinder of which two diagonal planes emerge welcoming the clients. This building was made in order to reflect the technology and vanguard this firm offers within its products, as well as reflecting a strong presence, reinforcing the image Becerril Refrigeration has in Mexicali.
The client searched for a building that where dynamic and alive, due to the important avenue where is located it was important to this construction to come out from the landscape, located across the university campus, it was important to call the attention of both, vehicles and pedestrians of this important commercial zone, and at the same time, to has a façade that could function as a plate rack for the products the company sells, achieving this with large windows at the front wall.

Becerril is an intelligent building, equipped with high technology illumination systems that efficiencies the electrical consume. The edifice has also an electronic door system with light sensors and installations that incorporate the latest technology in all the systems used.
