Project description

Remodeling and amplification construction for Araiza Inn Hotel, in Mexicali.

For the Araiza group a new room structure was designed, working with the existing one in a “L” form plan, and attached by a sequence of walkways with architectonic elements such as pergolas and gardens this new building has its own reception and snack bar, in order to make pleasant the visit of its guests. The whole entrance was redesigned, obtaining a bigger interaction with the exterior and making the building part of the urban landscape.

It was necessary to integrate in our proposal the existing areas so that both pieces could blend together in a complex that could improve the ambiance and image of this Commercial quarter in Mexicali.
